Rose Acre Farms of Seymour, Indiana is the largest family-owned– and second largest egg producer in the United States with facilities across the country. We were approached to name generate, develop, create, and help promote their new line of enriched egg products.
We proposed to ‘de-commodify’ the commodity by developing a unique brand story that would change peoples perception of what an egg is and can be. By switching the narrative to eggs as an improved healthy lifestyle choice instead of a staple commodity that have no differences across all competitive brands, we focused on the products health benefits halting the price focused ‘race to the bottom’.
